This 2-day day workshop event invites you into a relationship with your private inner worlds. These deep interior spaces of memory, imagination, fantasy and myth are the foundation for any artists creative world. To learn these places, to reach them, to descend and navigate them is to contact your unique creative universe. Here visions might materialise and dreams can surface to become known. 

 

Through structured movement frameworks, we will embark on a voyage into the subterranean levels of our imagination, encountering images and dreams through the body-life. We will explore practices of movement-meditation, collective story-weaving, private journaling and visual art as a way to document our discoveries. This workshop is for:

• Artists developing performance or film projects who would like a space to dream ideas
