CREATIVE MENTORSHIP
Creative mentorship offers you bespoke sessions with Solo School founder Henry McGrath. The sessions are for artists who would like support in a specific area of their practice and who don’t necessarily need the framework of Solo School courses. The sessions are designed to support you to thrive creatively, whether you need guidance and structure to support your project, or a specific research you’d like to undertake and need frameworks of conversation and collaboration alongside.

The Solo School Creative Mentorship programme is constructed into 4 parts. What you require might be relevant for 1 part or all 4, and sessions would be tailored according to your needs.

Supporting a process of creative incubation with frameworks that allow a structured retreat into your creative world to understand your unique universe. This might develop into new forms of practice or become the seeds for a project.

Hi, I'm Henry McGrath
I’m an award-winning theatre maker, actor, creative educator, performance artist and filmmaker. My mission is to support artists to empower their creative worlds and realise their unique artistic vision.
I’ve worked with hundreds of emerging and professional artists across the creative industries through the Solo School. I’m based in the UK and work with artists across the world to fulfill their ambitions through online and in-person conversations and collaboration.
I’ve worked with artists who work in a range of artistic disciplines including film, theatre, sound, music, design, visual art, sculpture, literature, and content creation.
In my professional life, I have worked in mainstream television and film, delivering projects for the BBC and Netflix, working with multi-award winning theatre and film directors. I have developed two successful and acclaimed performance companies in the UK, toured globally with internationally celebrated theatre groups, and developed experimental film projects. I have a rich and varied experience in the creative arts and can support you to discover and inspire your pathway.

One Session - £60

Three Sessions - £165 (£15 discount)
What you receive - Google form to fill out your specific needs to tailor your session; 3 hours of one-to-one meetings; time to review work between sessions
Six Sessions - £300 (£60 discount)
What you receive - Google form to fill out your specific needs to tailor your session; 3 hours of one-to-one meetings; time to review work between sessions
